Slow Feeding: Hassle or Game-Changer for Espresso?

Maybe I'm chasing diminishing returns... but this has been an enjoyable project for my coffee station!

Time to Slow Feed consistently!

Coffee station is nearing completion! Can confirm that Christmas lights on espresso machine do bring out more festive notes from the beans. Still working on a design to hold my dosing cup on the DF64, but the automated slow feeder is in its final revision!
