Apparently, the reason why a Sweet Tooth bot wasn't in Astro Bot was because a person who previously worked on Twisted Metal told Team ASOBI that the character wouldn't fit as the characters in the game are considered "heroes" (despite the fact characters like Kratos is in the game)
