My fav ficus! PS do you guys ever look at the soil you used to have your plants in and realize how far you’ve come? I had a good laugh looking at the mud in her baby pic (swipe)

My lemon-lime ficus was very much lime when I got it (pic 2) but I put it outside for summer and it’s become soooo lemony!

You guys might’ve seen the DIY back scratcher I made my patient a while back (pic 2), but that was just the prototype. I’d like to introduce the Nurse Can You Scratch My Back™️ 2.0… much sturdier, a sleeker design, and can reduce call light by up to 3%!

I had a rough time trying to make this musa Florida happy but I think I finally have it figured out! She’s my current pride and joy, what’s yours?

I can’t figure out how my stephania knew to face all its leaves in the same direction but it is sooo satisfying (the grow light is above it not in front of it)

Pinky kept drinking out of my cup so I put a cup of water for him on the coffee table too. He will now only drink out of a cup, and only if said cup is on the coffee table. I have officially reached peak Ridiculous Chihuahua Person™️

One day not too long ago, I innocently thought to myself “I think I’ll buy a houseplant to decorate my home!” And now here I am a few years later, realizing I’ve somehow become a “I think I need more organizers for my substrates” person

Last spring I propagated 3 ficus aurea cuttings I took from a wild tree. They all rooted and are doing well but it recently occurred me that their big leaves might not be great for bonsai. Anyone have any experience with bonsai-ing them? Pics 1 and 2 are today, pic 3 was right after planting

Thought my patient was having an acute mental status change and was concerned. “Who’s the current president?” I asked. This sweet 85 year old lady said “a fat asshole.” Crisis averted, no RR called 😂
