i need help please. I wanted to start fresh so i restarted my entire laptop. I now have to download all my sims again but it won't download. It has been like this since YESTERDAY. I've tried reinstalling the EA app, running administrator, restarting the download but it doesn't seem to help. Help

my mccc mod will not show up in the game… i don’t know why. I have deleted it and re-downloaded it but still nothing :( It’s been doing this since the infant update. Someone please help

i downloaded some more animations from Wicked whims and for some reason my loading screen has changed to this😭😭😭 ion like it does anyone know how to remove it or change it back

“Dazed mermaids” / Does anyone understand what this means? All my mermaids are “dazed” and have all become alcoholics too… i think it’s something to do with the weather but idk. It warm outside and they have heating on in the house

I recently fixed a patch issue with my mods and now I have this problem. I dont know what to do but my game has been completely unplayable and idk which mod is causing this problem. Does anyone have any idea on how to fix this without loosing game progress?
