Paucity is the perfect word to describe how I feel. I thought maybe I was too early in college to be going to career fairs, but I definitely will check some out. Do you think my resume being kinda empty (at least imo) will be a major issue when finding internships (although I think attaching a face at like ex. A career fair would help in this problem). Once again though thank you so much for your advice I really appreciate it.

If you can't find an internship, or even a techy-ish job for the summer, then don't totally disappear. Keep on looking, as even any job will be work experience that can help you have an edge over the person with nothing. Especially handy if it's job experience with customer service skills, vs say being a building labourer on a construction site for the summer.
